1. Our special developed materials for Tungsten Carbide Bearing components have the characters of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance.
2. Made from our special designed tungsten carbide materials, our carbide components shows high hardness and transverse rupture strength, and has superior performance on abrasion, erosion and corrosion resistance, which enable it to be widely used in petrochemical industries and other industries.
3. There have three major series of tungsten carbide grades are WC+Co, WC+Ni and WC/TiC+composite binders, based on different applications. WC+Co series carbide components have high transverse rupture strength, and WC+Ni grades have good rcorrosion resistance, while the composite binder grades are mainly for erosion resistance purpose.
